Fresh palomino grapes aged outdoors in toasted white oak barrels using a 60 year old California family starter. California apricot wine is added during aging to create an amber smooth aromatic & floral finish.

Smoky apricot notes of our sherry vinegar make lentils sing. Sherry & chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with our Ultra EVO. Mouth watering in hearty fall soups.
