Fresh palomino grapes aged outdoors in toasted white oak barrels using a 60 year old European family starter. California apricot wine is added during aging to create an amber smooth aromatic finish.

Smoky apricot notes of our sherry vinegar make lentils sing. Sherry & chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with our Ultra Premium Extra Virgin. Mouth watering in hearty fall soups. $12
