• Toss with roasted Yukon gold potatoes & yams, fresh sage, sea salt & fresh pepper.

• Add to risotto with mushrooms.

• Combine with soy sauce. Pour over grilled pork loin. Add rosemary & cracked pepper.

• Drizzle over steamed Swiss chard & garlic. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving. Add feta or ricotta salata cheese.
